Dimples Carson brings valuable experience and a strong academic background to her role as a Legal Assistant at Harroz Hays. She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies from Rose State College in 1998, then continued her education at the University of Central Oklahoma and Mid-America Christian University, graduating with honors in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Communications.
Dimples has worked across multiple areas of law, including litigation, personal injury, bad faith, family law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and nursing home neglect. Her broad knowledge base and hands-on experience support attorneys and clients throughout the life of each case.
Outside the office, Dimples lives in Midwest City and stays deeply involved in her community. She is an active member of the Ambassadors’ Concert Choir, where she has sung since 2005, and has served as a basketball official with the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association for twenty-seven years. She also enjoys nurturing her faith, cycling, baking, and spending time with her son, grandson, and five siblings.
Her lifelong dedication to service, learning, and community makes her a welcome addition to the Harroz Hays team.

Vickie Frame is a career legal professional who provides administrative and paralegal support to lawyers engaged in a broad range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, insurance, fraud, auto and trucking negligence, professional malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, real estate, wrongful death, products liability, and commercial litigation. Her responsibilities include conducting research, preparing and filing pleadings, drafting communications, scheduling and summarizing depositions, docketing, coordinating and managing discovery, compiling and organizing documents and exhibits, and preparing for hearings and trial.
Vickie’s experience additionally includes drafting and finalizing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate pleadings and supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration.
Since 2001, Vickie has spent the bulk of her career working in various capacities at five Oklahoma-based law firms, developing strong technical skills and gaining valuable knowledge and experience in a broad range of legal areas.
Her prior career experience includes working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and in the healthcare field as a Social Worker.
Prior to her legal career, she studied business management at the University of Oklahoma.

Grace Zizzo is a first-year associate at Harroz Hays, where she practices in wealth and estate planning, corporate and transactional law, and commercial litigation. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Grace is a first-generation college graduate and the first lawyer in her family. She is committed to providing clients with practical, results-driven representation rooted in integrity, service, and professionalism.
Grace’s academic and professional achievements reflect her strong work ethic. She served as a member of the Oklahoma Law Review from 2023 to 2025 and as a Note and Comment Editor during the 2024–2025 term. Her published comment, If Memory Serves: Navigating Cognitive Impairment Within Congress, appears in Volume 77 of the Oklahoma Law Review.
Outside her legal work, Grace enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, and reading. Her dedication to learning and her client-focused mindset make her a valuable addition to the Harroz Hays team.

The Oklahoma City Law Firm Adds New Managing Director to Its Distinguished Legal Team.
Chansolme Harroz Hays promotes Daniel C. Hays to managing director and updates the firm’s name to reflect his promotion. As the law firm’s fourth managing director, Hays will continue the firm’s commitment to meeting clients’ legal needs and creating lasting partnerships.
With over a decade of legal experience, Hays has represented individuals and businesses in a wide variety of cases on both a state and national level. Hays joined Chansolme Harroz in 2018 as an attorney and was promoted to managing director in 2019. Hays received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University Law School in 2010 and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007.
