Mr. Harroz maintains an active commercial practice, working extensively with small businesses and entrepreneurs.
He is privileged to advise both borrowers and lenders in commercial and secured loan transactions and is skilled at negotiating various business agreements, such as governing documents, service agreements, and purchase agreements. His practice also encompasses substantial experience in real estate and construction matters.
A significant component of his work is in complex matters, including engagements over trustees and receivers, as well as estate and trust administration.
A native of Oklahoma City, Mr. Harroz completed his undergraduate and law studies at the University of Oklahoma. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and cooking and dining.
