Joshua Mills is a dedicated courtroom attorney who brings strategy, experience, and relentless advocacy to every case. He began his career in his family's law firm, where he developed an early appreciation for thorough preparation and principled advocacy—qualities that continue to define his practice today.

Joshua actively litigates on both sides of the aisle, representing plaintiffs and defendants alike. This balanced perspective gives him a sharp understanding of how each side approaches a case, allowing him to anticipate strategies, challenge assumptions, and stay one step ahead in the courtroom. His work spans personal injury, insurance disputes, and complex civil litigation.

His philosophy is simple: preparation, communication, and results. Whether advocating for an injured client, defending against a claim, or guiding a business through a dispute, Joshua approaches each matter with tireless preparation, clear communication, and an unshakable commitment to achieving the best outcome. For him, the practice of law is not just about winning cases—it's about fighting for his clients, for justice, and for what's right.

Outside of his legal practice, Joshua is a proud husband and father. His daughter is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, and his sons are active in soccer, baseball, and football. He enjoys coaching their teams, running, and watching sports. These pursuits keep him grounded and provide the inspiration behind his commitment to his clients and community.

“All questions are ultimately maters of degree…controversies are apt to be fierce in proportion to the nicety of the question.” Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.
