Chansolme Harroz Hayspromotes Daniel C. Hays to managing director and updates the firm’s name to reflect his promotion. As the law firm’s fourth managing director, Hays will continue the firm’s commitment to meeting clients’ legal needs and creating lasting partnerships.

With over a decade of legal experience, Hays has represented individuals and businesses in a wide variety of cases on both a state and national level. Hays joined Chansolme Harroz in 2018 as an attorney and was promoted to managing director in 2019. Hays received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University Law School in 2010 and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007.

Chansolme Harroz Hays Announces Joshua Mills As New Associate

The Oklahoma City Law Firm Adds New Associate to Its Distinguished Legal Team.

Chansolme Harroz Hays announces the firm’s newest associate, Joshua Mills. In his new role, Mills will represent businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters ranging from corporate formation and structuring to commercial and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Chansolme Harroz Hays, Joshua clerked for Presiding Judge Gary Lumpkin of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Mills received a J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2019 and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Prior to law school, Mills attended the University of Oklahoma earning degrees in art history and history.

Chansolme Harroz Hays Announces Preston M. Sullivan As New Associate

The Oklahoma City Law Firm Adds New Associate to Its Distinguished Legal Team.

Chansolme Harroz Hays welcomes Preston M. Sullivan as an associate. Sullivan will help carry on the firm’s mission to anticipate, protect, and deliver solutions for clients’ legal needs. Sullivan will be involved in assisting individuals and businesses in the areas of estate planning, business organization, real estate transactions, and litigation.

Prior to joining Chansolme Harroz Hays, Sullivan held several distinguished internships. He served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Timothy DeGiusti of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Sullivan earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2018 and his bachelor’s degree in international business and minor in Spanish from Rhodes College in 2015.
