Zac Farris practices in the areas of oil and gas, energy, real property transactions, title examination, estate planning and probate law. He primarily focuses on title examination and probate law. Zac has assisted clients on a broad spectrum of issues relating to oil and gas, real estate transactions and probate and estate planning matters. He has prepared numerous acquisition, drilling and division order title opinions. Zac assists clients with actions to quiet title, contract review and negotiation, and royalty disputes.
